Advisors Include National Championship Football Coach, Olympic Gold Medalist/TV Personality, Olympian/Sports Lawyer and D1 Athletic Director
As intercollegiate athletic administrators, coaches and student-athletes prepare for the unprecedented opportunities — and challenges — that will result from the Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) paradigm shift, a new advisory firm with a unique perspective is being formed to support its partners in successfully navigating this rapidly-evolving landscape.
Bringing together more than 75 years of combined experience and success at the highest levels of intercollegiate athletics and Olympic sport, Stadion Sports will design and deliver a customized strategic plan for its University partners, reflecting the unique opportunities found on each campus and its surrounding commercial environment. Recent delays of a national solution create the ideal opportunity for universities to get ahead on preparation.
Importantly, the Stadion Sports offering is built upon the unique experience and perspective of our Founding Partners who have worked in Olympic and international sport — where athlete management of Name, Image and Likeness has been a way of life for more than two decades — combined with the power of one of the most respected brand development agencies in intercollegiate athletics. And, our work is informed by an unmatched network of Advisory Board Members and sports industry experts who contribute to our content.
The Founding Partners of Stadion Sports are:
Matt Farrell — President of Farrell Sports Worldwide, a global sports marketing and communications agency. Farrell has worked with some of the most successful brands in global sports and entertainment including Golf Channel, USA Swimming, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and Warner Bros.

From the Founding Partners of Stadion Sports:
“The more we listened and learned about NIL legislation and how it will transform intercollegiate athletics, the more we saw a number of parallels to the changes the Olympic Movement has successfully embraced over the past two decades. We look forward to sharing that perspective and the lessons learned with our partners,” said Darryl Seibel.
“In speaking with administrators and coaches with whom Old Hat has worked during the past 15 years, the resounding message was this: while it’s early days for NIL and no one can say with certainty where the legislation will lead, there is an abiding need to make certain student-athletes have the educational resources and support they need to navigate this new landscape and build their brand,” said Zac Logsdon.
“It’s important for our university partners, and corporate partners, to have independent education and support throughout the NIL process as it changes daily and can be overwhelming to balance media, social media, technology providers, agents, sponsors, boosters and lawmakers. We pay attention to NIL daily, so our clients can continue to prepare student-athletes for success in all that they already manage,” said Matt Farrell.
